Warranty & Returns
If the issue is caused by a manufacturer defect, you will be offered:
- a replacement, or
- store credit.
All products purchased from Whoops Store include a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.
⚠️ The store reserves the right to refuse warranty service for products damaged by the customer or unrelated to manufacturer defects.
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Problems caused by third-party firmware flashing.
- Damage caused by modification of electronic components such as:
- Flight Controller (FC)
- Receiver
- TX/RX modules
- Video Transmitter (VTX)
- other electronic components.
- Use of non-recommended parts.
- Any issues unrelated to manufacturer defects as determined by technical support.
Warranty claims require:
✅ Proof of defect (photo/video).
✅ Fiscal receipt / proof of purchase.
Without proof of defect, warranty service may not be provided.

Products such as antennas, monitors, equipment, and general accessories include a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defects.
Kits / Drones
In case of failure, Whoops Store will:
- repair the product,
- replace it with the same or equivalent model,
- or provide store credit.
⚠️ Warranty will be void if the product shows signs of:
- modification,
- short circuit,
- fire or water damage,
- improper use.
✅ Please carefully inspect all connections before powering the device.
FC / ESC / VTX
All:
- Flight Controllers (FC),
- ESCs,
- Video Transmitters (VTX)
include a 30-day manufacturer defect warranty.
❌ Warranty does not cover:
- user error,
- installation/removal damage,
- modifications,
- voltage spikes,
- wiring damage,
- fire or water damage.
Batteries
Warranty covers:
- DOA (Dead on Arrival),
- manufacturer defects.
❌ Warranty does not cover:
- overcharging,
- impact damage,
- water damage,
- misuse.
After approval, replacement or refund options will be provided.
⚠️ Please dispose of damaged batteries safely.
FPV Cameras
Warranty covers:
- DOA,
- manufacturer defects.
❌ Warranty does not cover:
- physical damage,
- water damage,
- fire damage,
- voltage spikes,
- unauthorized modifications.
After approval, replacement or refund options may be offered.
